Mind Your Own Business

We are all something…
Liars, thieves, cheaters, sneaks,
Backstabbers, instigators, dope fends, creeps.
My issue — probably isn’t like yours
His vice — probably isn’t like mine
But each of us deal with one, maybe even two
That much I’m sure is true.

If a shine a spotlight on drama
The gossiping, fornication and uppity spirits
If I take special note of the neighbors’
Laziness, nastiness or cussing when I hear it
If I condemn your soul to the pits of hell
While hiding all my worldly sins
I should lash my tongue with all my teeth…
Before I speak —
To quote Matthew, Mark or 2nd Corinthians.

A bird can not fly with the weight of 1000 wings
No more than a man is perfect at everything
You can buy my faults for a hundred cents
Go ahead — analyze them — see what you find
But focusing on somebody’s wrongs is never right
It’s just a waste of valuable time…

Tru’ dat! I think Mike said it best when he suggested that we take a look at “the man in the mirror”. That’s why I’m glad we (man) are not the judge, althought we sometimes will assume that role. God has the last say so and he’s a JUST God and the decision will be made on (you guessed it), JUDGEMENT DAY. For a SAINT is just a SINNER who fell down…and got back up

If man were the judge we would all be going to hell in a handbasket… So glad that I know, that I know, that I know..
